There's a new item released in Runescape called "Vecna Skull"

. This item is swiftly rising in price because of its use.
It can be used in duel arena to give a 6+ boost in magic and can be used every 7 minute. Even when potions are turned of.

Is this fixed yet or no? Because they definitely aren't 9m. They're being sold on GE for 4m. The market price is 9.5m but it's not selling for that.

Do you have to wait 7 minutes in between each duel then? Or does it reset after every one.

You have to wait because it take's it 7 min's to reset but you heal so much more this is a must for high profit boxer's.
