Our products go through numerous quality checks and this is not something we would expect. Please assured your experience will be shared with the quality control department.
There could be a variety of reasons the batteries leaked, such as the way they were stored, being exposed to extreme temperature, etc. (not necessarily from you) storage is very important. Nevertheless, we cannot say specifically why they leaked in your device without quality control doing the necessary checks.
Your satisfaction means a great deal to us so we are more than willing to send you compensation. Please respond with the cost of the camera so further action can be taken towards this issue.
