I was browsing around to get some payment proofs. There are 6 proofs that I collected for this reply. Also PopAds.net has SSL Encryption by Geo Trust Inc. That means that the site is legit. None would spend over 200$ to get a license.

Thank you for this info, I have a blog but the traffic is not that big. But I'm working hard to have a good traffic and I'll sign up for this popAds. Yes you are right try to increase the traffic and then apply you will earn a lot money...don't beleive in adsense they can ban you any time...
