But seriously, that's not what I meant. What your talking about is confirming your email-address. What Im talking about is achieving verified status on my paypal account so the limits are lifted and I can spend my cash.

i told ya the eTrade method still works, just remove it once you have done what you need to, put it back on when needed.

I need an existing paypal verified. And what is the method. If its the choose a different country method, i already did it and it automatically made my limit $3000. So nevermind, I don't need this method.
