Easiest way to include subtitles for PS3 vid

First start AVIAddXSubs.exe
Press the ad button:

Make sure your .avi file and your .srt have the same name and are placed in the same folder. Then sellect your .avi file.

Then click start

At the end you see this:

Then your .divx file is created and have a subtitle and it plays on your ps3

If you play the video file on your ps3 you have to press triangle and sellect subtitles to set them on
