You can just posted in the 'Other' section. And as Apollo posted in another thread;

Right now the bigger mistake is making to many sections and sub-sections and half of them don't get used.

I'm not a big fan of ebooks, and to be honest, I think that stuff should stay on HF. We should stick to making tutorials, guides, and other stuff like that, and posting them in the section we already have.

Most eBooks are a get rich quick idea, towards the author.

They hardly ever work or are public knowledge and you just end up with a bunch of LQ eBooks created by people who needed a quick $10.

Not really. Mostly all eBook sales would go through paypal, and of course, be checked by staff or someone trustworthy to make sure they are safe and legit. We don't have a huge system to prevent scamming stuff like RS accounts and gold, do we?
