Well, I've had an elbow contusion for 2 weeks from hitting my team mates helmet during practice, and I am a nose guard. When I was playing oline, this ****** kept hitting my elbow and it started getting some marks on my elbow which was very weird... anyways, I couldn't play the first game because of that, and now I haven't gotten any xrays or anything because it's just a contusion, but it's been hurting for 2 weeks+. I do not wanna go to the training manager because she'll sit me out in the next game, should I just put some icee hot on it or something?
