I think that this forum needs a list of smileys/emoticons.

We need a sort of a legend, displaying the commands to insert these.
Or even better, a little toolbar/pop-out of them above the posting section.

Some other forums have this implemented, I think we should as well.

Example:

I don't see why not.  I personally think it'd be best fit with the theme if it were in a spoiler, though.
