InvisionPower (creators of IPB) don't have a Mybb to IPB 3.1.4 converter yet so it's almost impossible to convert it. Even if you do contact the Customer Service they wont be able to do it.

I think we should just stay on Mybb, I have ran multiple sites using IPB and it's a pain in the ass. It seems simple enough to use but it's really not.

Yes, well the original plan was to go to IPB. But for some reason I couldn't get it to switch and I do not have the funds ($120) to get professionals from IPB to convert it for us. So we've decided to stay on MyBB.

It costs nothing asking them to help you convert, you know.

They do. Everything you said is absolutely wrong. Mind you, 1.4 to 1.6 didn't have many database changes.

Well I think this site can go further with IPB then it can go with MyBB. I think it would be a good idea to switch but if Dy.Namik won't switch I guess we just have to deal with it.

Yes nothing changed on the Mybb side but it DID change on the IPB side, the last converter for Mybb to IPB was for the 2. series. 2. to 3. had a lot change. They need to make sure that IPB 3.1.4 can still process the information.
