Is anything being done about this? It's more annoying than Cloudflare. Can we have an explanation on what it is and how to fix it?

Nearly every page I load it comes up with an error. I'm sure others are with me, it's very annoying and inconvenient.

It's because Philly (for whatever reason) doesn't have a good enough host for the amount of activity on his site.
