I like... somehow... removed my toenail?

I really don't like sharing pictures, ain't even sure why I shared this one. But meh, got any advice what to do with it?

I know that feeling,always when I have a crust from a scratch or something I always play with it and bit by bit I pull it off leaving me with a scar lol.

I just don't like looking at blood and I imagine like the mafia pulling out the nail which grosses me out. Did you get help or it or leave it alone?

I had this last year or the year before. But mine didn't bleed. Mine just got ripped off when I took my sock off.

Mine was all white and shit before it fell off though.
