Let's face it. There are things in this world that cannot be explained, things that we just cannot wrap our minds around,
things that are left to speculation.
So what do we do when such situations occur? We tell other people, to boggle their minds as well.

I am welcoming all of you to post any paranormal experiences that you personally have witnessed.

I will start with one of my own.
Well, it's been about 2 years now. My brother was down for spring break.
I had recently gotten my license and I was eager to drive, so I told my brother about this house called the "Rose Glen" and I said that we should go check it out one night, due to the fact that the rumor around here is that it is haunted. He agreed, so we decided on a night.
When that night came we left for the house. It wasn't that long of a drive from my house, only about 20 miles. When we arrived I parked my car in the community college parking lot that was right across the road from the Rose Glen. So we walked to the house, neither one of us would admit how nervous we were, especially not me. I of course had to "one-up" my brother.
We stepped inside. Immediately I got the feeling of being watched. I wanted to leave, but I felt compelled to go upstairs. I shit you not. I felt that I HAD to go upstairs. So I led on, flashlight beaming from side to side, casting awkward shadows on the wall. Every creek, moan, and groan of the old house frightened me in a way unimaginable to man. The whole aura of the house just unsettles your demeanor. Well we made it upstairs, I immediately head into the bedroom on the right.
Here's where shit gets real.
What is on the fucking floor? An old porcelain doll. At this point I am ready to leave.
So is my brother, as soon as he laid eyes on that doll he was like, "Dude, FUCK this let's go!" I agreed. We rushed down the stairs and into the "safety" of the lawn. I was about to run to my car when I realized something.
I don't have my fucking keys. I keep my keys on a lanyard, like many people do. But, my lanyard has a little clip thing on it so the keys can be unattached so you can start your car without having to take on and off the lanyard. I thought to myself, "Oh damnit, they must've fallen off somewhere in the house."
This is due to the fact that I always fumble with my lanyard and I always clip and unclip the lanyard when I get nervous. So we go back in and sure enough they're right there at the base of the stairs.
Here's where this gets scary. Listen to me, this story is 100% truth. I am not bullshitting you whatsoever.
I shine the light up the stairs, to get one last glimpse.
What is at the top of the stairs? That. Fucking. Doll.
My hairs stand on in and I am speechless. I drop my flashlight and run for the door, my brother right behind me. As soon as we hit the lawn I burst to the parking lot and rip open my car door. My brother isn't 2 steps behind me. When he gets in we sit there catching our breath.
And then he says, "Please tell me you saw that, please tell me you fucking saw that."
To which I reply, "Hell yeah I saw it, dude I am never even driving by this fucking house again."

We drove home in silence.

That is one fucked up story man. Heres mine:

This is how the house was shaped.

When I was 7 years old I lived in some house that was built on top of a swamp. According to my neighbors, some old lady was robbed and hit in the head and drowned in the swamp, so it was left alone for a long time. This was until some builders bought off the land and drained the swamp. The neighbors spectated as the lady's very old carcass was netted and dragged out of the swamp and tossed into a average garbage bag, which was then thrown into a dumpster. So 3 year later I move in with my family. Weird shit happened almost immediatly. my sister saw a creature that appeared closer to her bed every night, and my mom was often woken up to whispering. One night, I was disturbed. I woke up to a bang, that apparently no one else heard. So I get out of bed and go out onto the balcony where there is this dresser chest. I go inside and lift the lid a bit so I can peek to see whats going on. All of a sudden this old lady crawls out of my basement downstairs as I spectate, and crawls up the stairs. she goes into my room and comes out the balcony door, then passes me and goes into my sisters room. All of a sudden my sister screams.

The next morning my sister told me she saw the same thing I did, and it was crawling on her when she opened her eyes.

A week after I woke up again to the same noise, except I didn't move this time. I saw the lady crawl into my room and move towards me so I started to cry and call my mom. My mom came in and started to yell "in the name of jesus christ I demand that you leave". She chanted it 3 times and the lady suddenly left.

My mom told me there was a white light in the corner of the room, and that the lady was freed from the entrapment of earth taht she was in.

Hmm, well one night me and a few of my friends decided to out to this place called Satan's Vill , and Satan's vil is a place where all these people worshiped the devil and had a cult (this is out in the country a bit) and they sacraficed a baby on this tree that had a root coming out of it that looked like a hand, and a few people hung themselfs off a bridge in the town..(this was all a while ago) and they say it's haunted and that if you go back there a red pick up truck will chase after you and run you out of the town..Welp, we went back there and started spray painting signs(only one lol) on this one rode(the haunted rode) it's all like trees and feields and farms, it was a full moon which made it more scary + when you got down near the creek there was dense fog and it was crazy, so we were gonna stop and run through it but then we saw a car coming, and it was just another person going through the place like us. so we started to fuck with them a bit and all of that...and let me say, this is a very narrow rode...well we got done fucking with the other car bcuz they left lol. So then we keep driving up and down the rode, doing fun stuff like driving with the lights off and shit..And then...This red trucks come out of no where which has never happend to us before..we never really thought it was true...We didn't know if it was the crazy people that drive you out of there or not..so we just kinda stayed calm. We got to the end of the rode where you're supposed to turn around and go back so you can go to the main rode to get out, and the truck is behind us and when we go to turn around, they swerve and cut us off so we cant go back through and get to the main rode, then they backed up all the way down the thing and went in this lil gated thing where you can't see them, (we didn't know that's where they were at the time) so we started driving not really knowing if it was the crazy people yet..and we pass them and they put there highbeams right on the side of our car and start reving the engine like crazy so we fucking throwing in reverse and they pull out infront of us giong the other way, so we chase them, and honking at them just to fuck with them...and then they took a left and the fork in the rode and we took a right...thinking everything was done we just honked and yelled out the window at them one last time....well we got maybe a mile down the rode when we saw lights behind us...yeah...guess who it is...they must of fucking went 100 on those back roads to catch up to us and they have there high beams on and they come up behind us and we're like freaking out, they start bumping the back of our car as we're going like 60-80 Mph like taping our bumper, so then they die off a little bit and we stop..and they stop..like 30 feet behind us and they turn off their lights..and we turn off ours..we started screaming out the window again and they turned on their lights and started reving the engine and then they gun'd it at us and we took right before they hit us..it was so close like...you don't even...we took off across the bridge and got away..it was so fucking crazy.

Also, there's some story about a father who murdered his family or something.

I don't want to sound like a dick, but that is just over the top.

You were 7 years old and I guarantee your imagination was doing more of the work then an actual paranormal entity.

Now, I am not saying I don't believe in "ghosts", because I do... I just want to experience a full-blown encounter, even something as small as a EVP.

The closest thing I had was I was playing Xbox in my apartment about 6-7 months ago at about 2 AM.

I was sitting on my couch, my TV directly across from and my bathroom is off to the left, but the door is facing me.

When I was playing, I caught this silhouette/shadow looking figure in the corner of my eye. It was standing in front of my bathroom and it appeared to be someone wearing robes or maybe even a dress of some sort. I really don't know because the second I looked, there was nothing there.

I've also had random things fall off of my counters and my computer desk... but I really don't think much about it.

I've been thinking of maybe attempting an EVP session, but I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

I have this feeling you aren't lying here which is perfect. Usually when people tell fake stories I don't react but when I read yours my hairs stood up on the back of my neck. I don't have time to write about my experience right now but you guys have some scary shit right there and both of your stories still freak me out :s.

Oh, and the thing that is really scaring me right now is that looks like the house from Amityville Horror for all who have seen that movie. The house you guys went to, is the scariest house I've laid eyes on.

FUCK this thread,was just about to go to sleep but this motherfucking thread made me shit mah pantz. And I've also experienced alot of things like these, one day I thought I saw my grandad standing on the stairs (he died) atleast I thought but meh I was just a child I could've imagined it. Also one time (not really paranormal more a nightmare) I woke up suddenly in the midde of the night with some kind of demon standing in front of me trying to suck out my soul I screamed my fucking lungs out of my body and trying to breath but I couldn't I panicked,and I went back to bed trying to comprehend what the FUCK just happened, I was still scared as FUCK. That was a bad night.

Anyways, nothing that crazy has ever happened to me before.. BUT I have had a sort of paranormal situation. It started like this.

So I was about 12 and it was christmas.. My parents being themselves throw a party for all of their friends, my brother and I are basically really bored and we start playing around the house with a balloon. The game was that we couldn't let the balloon touch the ground, we literally played for like 2 hours and then just watched TV and fell asleep (it was around midnight). Later I woke up at like 5Am and I felt really strange, sort of like a sick feeling. I thought I was going to throw up so I ran to the bathroom and there it was.. Right beside my bathroom door was this blueish orb FLOATING! I had no idea what it was and was pretty curious (I was 12) so i walk towards it. Right before I'm about to touch it I feel like I was freezing in cold water and my head suddenly heart really bad. I closed my eyes for a few seconds and almost collapsed on the floor. When I woke up the orb wasn't there anymore, Weirdest night of my life.

Damn that's mad scary. Sometimes when I'm tired i catch things out of the corner of my eye.
