What about making a Request Forum inside the Runescape section?

I know a website that codes bots and it has it, this doesn't just have to be for cheating but it can also be for requesting tutorials or information on an item.

Hmmm.. this is both like a good idea and then again not so good. I think we should wait, for now you could make a req for it in the marketplace/rs general section.
