@croaking Well you need to get onyx then donator after you buy those 2 you can then buy power if you were just to buy power you will have it but you will have no award userbar or rep to give confusing as it sounds you need to purchase The first 2 upgrades first then the power upgrade will take affect if you do end up getting power first which would be pretty stupid in my opinion and for awards people can sell them and you always have to pay the transfer fee to philly when you buy an award that someone is selling onsite or if you buy upgrades including the onyx,power,donator award is granted by only philly
