There will be people with old accounts that will sell.
You have to have a paypal for this.
If you're lucky, there will be rich people.
If you aren't you will still get like 200M.
Someone will say what will you give me for 100M or something.
Give them about $0.40 per mill.
That's what most people sell for cash.
Then, come on RuneGear and RETAIL it.
You can sell it at $0.90 to $1 PER MILLION!
If you bought 1 bill.
That translates to $500-$600.

Truthfully, I did this with world of warcraft..haha.
But instead of selling them I kept them.

It actually works out very well because lots of people are not.."computer smart" or at least not in the economy details.
So, they wouldn't even know the prices..

The only people who have over a few mill on runescape are the ones who bought gold or who are intelligent enough to create a working strategy for money. People at my school are stupid.
