Hello,

After multiple attempts of contacting JeterFan, and his lack of activity and posts, we, as the management team have decided to demote him. This site needs staff who can remain active every day or so, not just pop in every week and post in the counting thread. We may reinstate him one day, if he get's more free time.

I would like you say thank you for your hard work whilst you were with us, we appreciate it.

Demoting him for inactivity seems pretty stupid, seeing as you're not losing anything by keeping him as crew.

If this forum was getting 300 (meaningful, non-game) posts a day and you were paying your crew members (with money or special benefits), I could understand why it would be vital for crew to be active.
But since these people are volunteering, I'd expect you to be more lenient regarding activity.

But since these people are volunteering, I'd expect you to be more lenient regarding activity.

The point is, if their not active, why should they get a higher rank than others', most communties do offer staff positions voluntarily, and I want the same prospect here.

If I don't make changes now and again, nothing would ever get done.
