Well the scary thing is, someone just came to my house to buy 500m and 2 minutes later I get a message from Jagex saying I got infracted for RWT but then I realize that email wasn't registered to any Runescape account. I was then talking to Phantom and he got the same message. This is a phishing scam so watch out!

This is what the email looks like:

Yeah theres some website i know that you can change your email to whatever

Like i could change it to chargeback@paypal.com

Anyone who falls for this has to be a total retard sorry.

Everyone just has to be careful. I expected these to pick up when the trade limit was lifted. Seriously, just if you get an email like this go right to Runescape's home page and login to view your black marks. Never click one of those links.

By posting this you insulted the site, you're implying that someone on this site is foolish enough to fall for this.

Yes and...?

Not everyone is a computer genius at runescape and emails and stuff.

Music look how real it looks lmao. Jagex doesn't send emails like this anyways but just warning.

they would get alot of people though lol

Seriously, this is a runescape.com link isn't it? You sure there isn't any accounts bound to that email?
Edit: Oh wait, they are spoofing a Jagex link. Smart.

This has been going around for a while. I never touch any emails from Jagex on my email.
