How do famous people get original instagrams? For example Selena Gomez, she instagram name had been taken and inactive for a very long time then somehow she gets the ig name and starts posting on it. How is it that celebrities get the name that want? Do they pay Instagram?

They get their assistant or whatever it's called to email IG and they give the inactive account name to them..

It used to be a jacking method.

For celebrities it's easy, as they have all of the proof needed to actually get the name.

Trademarking.. People use that to get all sorts of SM's that are OG.

yea i was just about to say that trade mark. you cant use there names and logos and stuff like that.
