When you wrote TOS #3 you misspelled happens.
Also you're form, I don't think people want to publicly announce their email.
Asking if they're going to do a vouch is a little pointless, they'd get a vouch as well so it'd be useless for them not to.

Usually at the end of a deal (You've been paid and you'd successfully completed the services you were paid for), you can just say "Rep + Vouch Thanks"
