Mine would have to be, "Leaders are not born, they are made." This is basically saying that you cannot be born as a leader, but your experiences and actions shape you into one.

It's a famous quote from a guy in te stock exchange. It's pretty much saying take advantage when others aren't.

Rather..
Be the brave in the people that have only fear.
something around those lines.
