Few Suggestions.

1. Groups: There on 20 groups, it seems like a lot I think if some were bought back then deleted or something was worked out for the forum to get them then be removed with less groups on the site the price would 100% rise.. Since I see them for sale all the time.

2. Staff: I don't think we need mods just remove them or make them staff. It seems pointless to have 2 separate groups IMO. I think with no more mods it would be a little better maybe also consider a better staff for admin just so if Philly isn't on everyone has too wait for him we have a 2 choice.

3. Koins: I think we should add more abilities with koins, a simple thing would be a arcade type deal. Put in 100 koins per play and win get highscore or something idk... Something along those lines maybe a slot machine. Also possibly lower amount of koins you receive posting not a whole lot but some just seems like we get alot.

1. It's already tried. Philly bought and deleted groups in past, but people just want to buy new groups. It's a difficult decision.

2. No. I disagree here. The ranks are basically here to de-centralise power and have separate people manage stuff. You don't know how much Staff do behind the scenes. But, I agree that Staff who're here for the badge and do nothing should be remove. I'm not implying anyone, but I hope it never happens.

3. Philly has a thread posted where he openly asked people for ideas. Check it.

I really like your suggestions but I have to disagree on the first one.
Mods should be mods not from the forum's side but from the hiring side. If they're not good mods they get "fired" but if they are they become staff. Roger?

@Sherlock moderators are just restricted staff. If they have no restrictions they can do more and therefore more can be done

This is my point sometimes a mod is the only staff on of something staff or admin specific comes up they have to wait and do a work around for the time being. If mods stay just give them full control of one section rather than partial control of every thing. They are basically staff in training they either fail, succeed, or stay where they are.

2. Having moderators as a part of the forum team allows Philly to choose Staff more accurately. I was a mod twice before being promoted and it makes great practice.

I understand practice but I think it would be more efficient to give mods 100% control of 1-2 sections rather than partial control of all sections. Also for the groups Philly doesn't need to pay them maybe they can work something out but the user hide owns Devine he hasn't been on in months I'd say delete it personally since it's so inactive but I could see why Philly wouldnt delete it.

I had 38k and gave 13k away cause I didn't have anything to do with them.
