Filing a Chargeback.

I need some help with this, can someone explain to me how to file a chargeback when the deal was related to a gamertag? I didn't get scammed but I'm just wondering for future references.

I'm not, but I am more talking about what kind of story you are suppose to tell them, of course you can't say you didn't get a gamertag off Xbox you bought.

i think you click the transaction and there should be some type of report thing or it says something about not getting your item. idk if you can do it if you send it as "gift". i have never done it before and nver will unlessi get scammed but just say you ordered a modded xbox controller or some shit and it came broken.

I'd like to figure this out at some point. Wouldn't you have had to make the payment via a credit card only to do this? That's what I read on PayPal's site about it.
