So I have thought about buying a group for awhile but I have one certain question about them.
The Transfer fee.
So i know that you pay a 50$ transfer fee to Philly.
But do you pay the transfer fee to get the group transferred to your ownership?
Or do you only use it when you are changing the group name and userbar.
Someone please fill me in on this.

Transfer fee is the transferred ownership to you, you can decide if you wanna change the group user bar, name, description etc..
 
@Philly is soft on this one, at least his been with me.

When the group is transfered to you, you have to pay the fee, and he usually give you a few days to pay.

Not anymore he wants the fee before he does anything now.

HMU if you want to buy a group, I have one that I've thought about selling for awhile but didn't want to waste my time making a thread and whatnot.
