Originally according to ZDNet, Adobe will no longer be supporting Flash on mobile devices. Not for Android, not for anything.
Will this encourage more people to buy iPhones and other iDevices? Perhaps, considering that Apple has disallowed Flash from their devices for the reason of it being slow, and just a terrible thing.
I agree, but unfortunately, Flash is too widely used to just dismiss it. It's estimated that 75% of web media is created in Flash. That's astounding.
Is this a sign that Flash may be discontinued for desktops later; being replaced by HTML5?
You tell me.
