I feel that the transfer fee is limiting a lot of people from buying groups. Maybe Philly should make it $30 to match the transfer fee of awards.

You should take the current offer man. There are groups for sale at the same price as your current offer and by the looks of how long this has been up I doubt anyone would really want to spend more bro. Good luck with which ever decision you find best; but if you need money quick and this is the only option then I would go with what you have in front of you right now.
