Introduction
I can't remember the last time a thread like this was made. I felt, after all of the recent updates, I needed to make my thoughts known. @Michael suggested that I do one of these, so I thought to myself, why not? I will be covering a variety topics. This will be completely honest feedback, no bullshit.
Forum Team
I think this is the best Staff team we've ever had. I rarely see a thread out of place, the reported posts get dealt with quickly and efficiently, multi-accounters rarely slip through, scam reports get dealt with correctly, warnings are handed out correctly, etc. To be honest, I have no complaints for the current team. @"Cann!bal", @"GrƷƷd", @Justice, @"м¢ℓσνιη", and @Michael, you are all doing a superb job. Keep up the amazing work. We are all grateful.
Member Feedback
This where my feedback may become a little negative. I will not mention any members personally, but I may reference a few. Do not take anything I say as an insult, as it is not meant to be taken as such. This is merely feedback on some of the members.
Do not rep users with the hope of receiving reputation in return. Only repute users who you feel deserve the reputation. Rep4rep is pointless, and only makes you look silly. We all have participated in this at one point and we need to work to stop it.
Shit-talking and flaming on other people's threads has come to an all-time high. I've noticed this on several threads, including some of my own. Sales-trashing and flaming on others' threads is not acceptable. That can be handle in private, if you really want to say it to a certain user's proverbial 'face'. Off-topic flaming is one of my biggest pet peeves. Not only does it clog up a user's thread with unrelated comments, but it also reflects poorly on the user who is posting the hate. People will change their opinion on you in seconds when they see you attacking other users. It's childish, immature, and needs to stop.
Supporter
I love all of the new additions we have received. I think that the Supporter upgrade group was a great addition. Aside from the beautiful userbar, thanks to @Astro, the group has two good sides to it. First of all, it's a great way to donate and support the site, all while receiving something great in return. Secondly, it's a great stepping stone for users who don't want to purchase a full upgrade, but want to try it out for a little bit. Overall, I think we should thank @Philly for the new upgrade group. It is a great addition to the site.

ForumKorner News Support
I have been receiving an overwhelming amount of support for the ForumKorner News recently. Since I've taken over, it's been my favorite thing to do and read. The news team has been working hard, aside from a few late articles, and the community has received it well. I only wish that each issue received more replies and attention, but that will come with time. The news is here to stay and we will be looking to improve with every edition. Also, I'm having new headers made for the news, so be on the lookout for those.
GamingForums.net
This is where I think we messed up. If we implemented this domain as our main domain, our forum would've been shot to a whole 'nother level. It would've brought traffic and professionalism, and it would have put us on par with the other forum. I'm quite sad that we didn't implement this domain, but I guess the community, or at least some of the community, didn't want to see it. Hopefully, we will see a change sometime in the future.
Conclusion
Our site is better than ever. With a great team, decent members, great new additions, great community support, and increasing activity, we are becoming a force to be reckoned with. A few changes in attitude will create an ever more welcoming and enjoyable experience, not just for new members, but for all members.
