How do you have your forums layed out? Do you follow the generic:

What the site is about:
Off Topic:

Format, or do you go by a different method of organizing your forums.

Personally I like;
site related, off topic, then site topic, but only in more developed forums.

I've seen that layout before. I personally don't like it as I think forums should focus on there subject above Off Topic. But if it works, it works.

Most people that try to copy it early on, from what I have seen, fail, but I have seen many forums that are big and successful with it, perhaps that is why I like it.
