Philly said:You can only chargeback with your bank within 30 days, 45 on paypal though. Also I have won chargebacks issued by banks and not paypal many times. I have only lost a few of hundreds of chargebacks. Either way I don't really give two fucks unless it where to happen than that would be it, at this time I could give a flying fuck.
Skids getting banned for scamming, than they chargeback , than I win 15 days later, and they get a perm ban.
