There's a new app called clover that works for android and iOS. You get $5 on signup and $5 for every ref.
You can cash out instantly using bank account or PayPal. You can also use it to send cash to your friends and it uses QR Codes.
The site is invite only and requires phone verification.
Each ref link is only good for 5 invites!
After 5 people you need to wait 24HRS to get a new referral link.

Edit: Just noticed that it is only available to US.

Going to try this in a few days when I can get to my phone charger. Hopefully this works well, I could use some money in my paypal.
