do you know any free anti virus downloadable on the net that can be use for a laptop? i need to install anti virus for my laptop because what i have now's already expire..help pls..

i suggest you to install avast,avg or avira they are the best and free antivirus softwares available on the internet.

free anti virus i know is the avira or AVG its good for one pc's and laptop.,

Almost free antivirus are trial versions. Most of Free antivirus seekers also think on the free serial key that can be used to have licence and subscription. So also find free license key for your antivirus. Or find cracked version or generator for that software you will use. Beware of the virus injected to the files.

Avast home edition is free and effective, it protects your PC from infected webpages, scans your downloads and emails for viruses and has built in anti-rootkit and anti-spyware, plus it gives you the option to run a boot scan, there are very few anti-virus's that can do this paid or otherwise and this is free. I use Avast along side Comodo firewall both are free, light on memory and have been independently tested and proven to be more effective then Norton or Mcafee.

use avira anti vir or avast free antivirus both are free and nice to use and you can get ur pc a complete security
