EDIT: Lost the document so ill just say it.
1: Go "Cant access account"
2: Enter the username you want (it might not work sometimes)
3: Click "verify my identity"
4: Enter the email you can be contacted on (your email)
5: Last password whatever, date joined and last accessed pretty straight forward..
6: Skip through the next couple of pages of questions and hit submit
7: Wait like 1 minute and the email should send through saying "We need to evaluate your case more"
8: Click the link and you should see the email
Note: This doesn't work on every single account some have taken measures to prevent people being able to do this.
