I know you can for sure if you make a Canadian PayPal account.
Make a thread asking for help w/ PayPal info and I'm sure some members will be able to help you with your troubles.

OT: 500 is a lot considering the surveys are only a few points each. Plus, they're surveys lol.

In all honesty 500 is not a lot, at least compared to other rewards sites that check out at 1,000 - 5,000 points, I understand doing surveys suck but you can always use fake info & create a txt folder with a bunch of fake info and keep copying & paste so you complete surveys with none of your personal information and still earn from the site
 
That is way to much work man. I wouldn't do this.

Just saying these sites never work you always end up having to fill out a retarded survey
