How to install:
Extract file to your web host, once your done go to yourdomain.com/install and follow the steps.
Easy as that. Comes with an admin panel too.

Is it exploitable like UploadnSell? Not sure if UploadnSell still has it but there was an exploit to download the most recent upload for free or something like that.

No I'm pretty sure it doesn't. Been a while since I used it but I'm pretty sure the link gets sent right to the buyers email for safety.
