I saw this same design on a HF thread, nice leeching. As for the design itself, it's poor. It looks dragged out of 2001, the colours don't flow correctly and you shouldn't use textures for everything. Try fixing the colours, widths and not have everything centered and repost it.

and i make this website for my private online game name conquer online and i dont have time to continue it so i just release it

IMO the colours don't fit, and I think the buttons are a bit off.
Anyways, always good if you release something of your work to the public!
