"Fresh Restart" Question

I've got a question when you fresh restart. Does everything get stripped away from you as well as awards?
Will awards and upgrades be transferred? Lets say you earned the 1K post Award, would you need to re-earn it when you technically already earned it already?

Why would someone need a "fresh start" unless there intentions were to scam like really lets remove all this dudes rep so no one know he has scammed offsite in the past yea i just think this is a bad idea all the way around this shouldn't even be a feature

Yes it removes everything except like things you bought from the site, awards, upgrades.

It costs a lot of koins. Thus meaning only a certain few would be able to do this and the few who have that many koins don't have such a history. (But they could still scam)
Plus Philly manually deletes records of the accounts..
And if you are scamming offsite or whatever pretty sure people would know.
Also having a fresh start means you won't be able to scam since no1 trusts a newbie anyways..

It's just a feature. It should be only allowed to those who hasn't got a scam report or had scam report if you're so worried about people.

only thing that would be gone is rep, post, thread, kudo counts.

I don't care about the awards because they're easily to get back. Unless you're the type of person to buy awards which I see why you wouldn't want this feature.
