It's just a photo manipulation.
After my invisible world series, I realized I can easily just replace body parts, and I came to the idea with trees as hands, and I decided on this stock, because it shows a lot of emotion.

I updated the OP with a shadow and a few other things.

Looks nice, 9/10 left arm nees abit of work, i personally think the Image would look better The other way around as the hair and shadows are directed in the direction, just my personal opinion

It could use a better depth of field. The clouds are sharper than the trees. The man has a lighting effect from an unnatural source, making it more obvious it's a manip.
