Game modding section rules

I think their should be a rules section in the game modding section. Some of the rules i would like to see are...
No Requesting Modded Lobbies
All Lobby thread MUST show valid proof or have staff vouch.
and other stuff alike.
Any other rules some of you guys could suggest?​

Pretty sure this has been mentioned before. Nice suggestion though. Hopefully this can get implemented into the rules
