Gamertag selling for upgraded members only?

I just read a thread about Microsoft banning a lot of tags so there must be a ton of kids on here who report the selling of the tags to MS. The GT selling section should only be seen by upgraded members to keep the tags a little more secure. Not saying that upgraded members wouldn't report the tags because of some reasons(might have been scammed, wouldn't sell to member for x price). I'm sure a lot of people would have no problem with this, selling things should be a privilege on this site, and keeping rare tags on the market should be top priority.

Oh alright, I was only trying for the members that wouldn't want their tags banned, I don't have any OG's but just trying to make it safer for others. You can close this since there is no chance!
