jumpman looks lower than it's supposed to be
and the box says it was made in china? supposed to be indonesia right?

These Gamma Blue 11s are legit. The carbon fiber, color of the sole and stitching are correct. If you're getting these for $150, snag them ASAP! That's a fucking steal!

since there's buyer protection, you should be able to get your money back. It will take some time though because paypal is really slow
