I like it, but if you're claustrophobic like I am you won't like it as much. It's hard to breathe through it. (Probably depending on the type) I usually hook the bong up to it, move it to where I can breathe out my mouth with fresh air, and take 3 big breathes then hit it. It fills up the gas mask with smoke, and you'll eventually have to close your eyes then just let go of the choke on the bong and it all goes into your lungs instantly and you cough like a mo fuckaa.
