Well I live in California and a huge increase in gas prices have just spiked over a day or 2 it's 4.54 where I live what do you guys think about this that live in California

I heard its almost 5.0 in downtown, how did it jump so quickly? Where I'm at its about 3.40~ at Costco and 4.60 at Chevron, Mobil etc

It's not 5$ yet where I live but if it gets over 5$ I'll walk to work

It's like 5.23 in downtown already

When I filled up my tank on Friday, it was about $2.60 per gallon of unleaded. 


Pro tips - Fuel up in the morning since the pipelines won't pump as much vapor as they would during any other time of day. Always try to fill up when you have half a tank since there isn't nearly as much air in your tank if you were to fill up when your tank is empty. More air=more vapor=getting less gas than you pay for. Always fuel with the lowest speed from the pump that you can, you get more gas since you aren't putting a whole bunch of vapor into your tank.

Its so dear over there, in the UK its only £1.24 or something like that per gallon, i dont really take much notice as i only need to fill my bike up once per month lol

Over where I stay it is around 3.30 or something around there. It's only going to get more expensive.

Thanks for the pro tips man! There were rumors of a company in my city called King that mixed water with the gas.

And I think over here I saw a sign for $2.89 I believe.

The average cost for gas in my area is $2.79. But right now, most gas stations are at $2.69.

I remember back in February the gas use to cost around $1.40

We use litres, so I had to do a bit of calculation.
