You can go to the media-fire link and click view and view the PDF without downloading it.
 
Is it alright to download, I don't click ANY links because of all the problems that have happened with my computer from doing so.

It tells you to go to a bunch of other links which seem to be a bit sketchy. I didn't do it, nor would I reccomend anyone to do it.
