Getting paid per refferal's posts?

I think it would be better if we take a percentage of what each referral makes instead of a one-time payment; that way, if they don't post we don't get any money, but if they're active we will. Much fairer in my opinion.

Yeah I agree with you. Is it possible to have at least 10-50% per referral post? What do you think?

Not so much, the admin will be ruined. But 2% or so sounds good to me.

Haha.. I forgot 0.03 per post so its not good if referral per post is 10-50%
It would be better if 2 or 3% per referral post..
Admin I hope you'll check our suggestion. =) and I'm planning to find referrals on here..

I think 10-15% from referral post is reasonable. If the percentage is higher, admin will loss in the future. Better to lower down.

Well under 5% or so should do the job. Remember that they aren't taking money off the guy, they're paying us additionally.
