Today I will be showing the usefulness of "Tweening"
In my previous tutorial I showed how to make fading text, in truth there is a much easier way:
Create a new canvas of about 400x150.
Now type some text (can be anything).
Afterwords open the "animation" tab by going to window>animation.
Next at he bottom of your PS UI you will see a tab come up with one frame in it, click the small button that looks like the new layer button just once.
Now make sure the second frame is selected, then go to the layers window and turn the opacity of the text to 0%.
Now here is the part were we save all that time making frames:
Hold ctrl and click both frames in the animation window, now go to the small button in the top right corner of the animation window and a menu will pop-up, select "tween", here a small window is going to pop-up, make sure "all layers" is selected and type 98 in "frames to add" and click ok.
What this does is automatically changes the opacity evenly over all 100 frames in total, creating a smooth even fade that would take forever manually.
