In this tutorial i will be showing how to make text seem to be "drawn".
Now we will start with the text:
Make a new document of about 400x150.
Now type some text, I prefer a font like "Segoe Print".
Next add a layer mask to the text layer by pressing the small rectangular button with a circle in it at the bottom of the layers window.
Next click on the layer mask you created then select the brush tool, make sure its a hard brush set to black.
Now on the layer mask paint over the letters till just the top of the first letter is showing.
Now duplicate the text layer and paint over were you want more of the letters to show with a hard white brush.
Make sure to only show parts as if it was being drawn, as in don't just erase parts of the layer mask like this:
Bad:
Good:
And when you've made all the layers necessary click the button in the top right of the animation tab again and choose "select all layers" then click the seconds at the bottom of one of the frames and choose "other" then type 0.05 so it makes it look like its being written fast but not too fast.
