I'm not too sure bro , you could try re-downloading it.
 
You have to open it in Paint and save the file as a .png again.

Do you get the error when you open a image or do you get it when you open the program itself? If it's the program itself, I misunderstood the issue.

If it's the program, uninstall Gimp and then install it again.

PHOTOSHOP > gimp I think there are some places that you can get it for free too.

Crack it? There is plenty of tutorials on Youtube.
 
Nike, the portable version of it is free and a crack isn't needed.

Well, I'm downloading version 2.8 of GIMP right now. I had version 2.6 before.
 
I got 2.8 just right now and it seems pretty solid

Yea it's ight. It's kind of hard to work though ha. I tried making a signature but it came out horrible and unprofessional ha.
