For those who don't know I'm not giving you Twitter followers to your account I'm giving you a list of Twitter accounts that you can use to give yourself followers or whatever else you want to do with them.​
 
What exactly does this do? Get you followers?

Or is it just a list of followers?

It is a who bunch of Twitter accounts you can use them to get you followers or whatever you want to do with it.
