Not a glitch, when you delete them they go to Trash Can, there you have to delete all.

I'm also glitched of some sort, I know I'm not supposed to post it on here. But I can't make new threads or inbox someone or have a signature.
At first I thought it was because I have a low post count, but now it's 30 and I still can't do any of it. Any advice any of you may have will really be appreciated..

Signatures are for Donators only. I've had your problem where you can't make threads and posts on a different forum before. Just try using a different web browser.

I think the 15 post are to conserve bandwidth and help keep the PM tables clear.

He probably doesn't have great hosting for the site at the moment so he has to keep the pm space low to help conserve the bandwidth, even though it does seem very low.
