I have 52 att, 50 str and def, 30 range, 22 prayer, 37 mining, 30 smithing, 51 fishing, and 51 wc, and 33 fm.

As I advise anyone at that level, I would say go to Hill Giants for big bones.
But getting 10m that way would take forever.

If you have enough, I would buy strength potions for a substantially low amount, go to a F2P High Risk Wildy World, and sell them for 1k-2k more than you bought them for.
Some people are desperate.
