For around 50M, for a main not a pure.

Includes staff + shit.

EDIT:

Will get barrows gloves like sometime this week and will get mage book when my pure is done botting MTA (has enough points to cash in a book just to lazy to do it at the moment) =)

 
Depends for what? Degradeable would be
Infin hat/ahrim hood, both same stats but i prefer hat

Actually i would get Battle Robes instead..i'm pretty sure they have better bonus then ahrims ....but other then that...

Full Battle Robes (charge at fist of guthix)
infin boots
seers' ring
infin gloves/barrows gloves
fury
Mages' book
SOL (Masters wand has higher Magic attack bonus, SOL has higher Magic Damage)
mage arena cape of your choice

Jump in the pool of water thing in mage bank and pray at the zammy statue.
 
Go back and pray at the altar.

edit: ahrims has more mage bonus, battle mage robes just offer less rune consumption (50% with sol)
